About the Artist

Olivia (Liv) Pierog has been studying art professionally for over 8 years, and has been a student at such notable institutions as the New Hampshire Institute of Art (now known as the Institute of Art and Design at New England College), and Plymouth State University, in Plymouth, NH where she currently studies, lives, and works.

Liv is a BFA Candidate this year, projected to graduate in the Fall of 2023. In her time at the University Liv works with other student artists in the Plymouth community by being a member of the PSU Student Art Collective. Outside of her artwork Liv is true to her values as a feminist, anti-racist, and a philanthropist for organizations such as the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and a mental health advocate. She is an involved student leader in the University community who is dedicated to her degree as well as her executive board and leadership roles in various on-campus clubs and orgs.

The environment of New Hampshire and the White Mountains has consistently been an inspiration in Liv’s work, she intends to remain in Northernmost New England to continue her artwork for the foreseeable future.
